Grab it from filezilla-project.org. Get the Client, not the Server.
File โ Site Manager (or Ctrl+S), then click New site and name it something like "Sam Dev".
Protocol: SFTP โ SSH File Transfer Protocol. Not plain FTP, because SFTP is encrypted.
Host: sam.luminaldev.com ยท Port: 22
Logon type Normal with user sam and your password. If you use an SSH key, pick Key file and browse to your private key; FileZilla will offer to convert it to .ppk.
Hit Connect. The first time, you'll see an "Unknown host key" prompt. Tick Always trust and press OK.
Left pane is your computer, right pane is the server. Go to /home/samluminaldev/public_html on the right and drag files across.
